1. How to place an order?
Please send an inquiry to me via my contact details.
2. Delivery time.
Usually within 2-5days after we received full payment.
3. Payment Methods.
T/T, Paypal acceptable.
4. Shipment.
Usually DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and DPD, depends on buyer's requirements.
5. How long is the warranty period.
One year warranty from the date of purchase for the original products. 3-6months for small parts/copy products.
No warranty for below:
* Out of warranty period.
* No KOS QC marks.
* Improper operations like water damage, incorrect installation that result in flex cable damage, screen damage, scratch, or bezel damage.
6. Return policy.
Within 14 days of receiving the goods, and agreed upon by both parties. However, a shipping fee to HK will be charged by buyer.
7. Policies and Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to test all parts and to check all items have been received once the package is delivered.
